What AIIG is looking for?
We are looking for people to share in our vision, a vision in which AIIG provides an honest service. We do not go out looking for awards and recognition, we simply look for satisfaction from our clients. Two skills we feel are essential to the success within out company are Attitude and Ability. There is no pre-determined path for people joining AIIG, whether they have 20 years background or 2 years background. We will avidly push forward the hard workers with natural ability in the organisation.

Experience of the property and investments market will be advantageous. Working within AIIG is about making contacts and experience of this will be vital to achieving success. Understanding the thought process of a client when investing a considerable sum is important to providing a service where we understand the path our client is walking.
